Geography
Located in the upper right part of Europe, England shares
borders with Scotland and Wales. The Irish sea lies between England and Ireland
on the northwestern part of England while the Celtic Sea is in the southwest of
the country. The North Sea in the east and the English Channel in the south
separate England from continental Europe. The Isles of Scilly and the Isle of
Wright are part of over 100 islands that England claims.
